Billboard proposal

Ad man David Tan(26) came up with a unique marriage proposal. He spent RM40,000 on a billboard and RM14,000 on a diamond ring to pop the question to his girlfriend Kelly Tan(24) on Valentine’s Day.

Every girl's dream i guess. am not impress on the billboard but am just wonder how come the guy is so damn rich..haha..Anyway..congrats to david and kelly..
