My car died in carpark yesterday.. super hak zai. luckily my colleagues here..haha..

This is what Wai's used to told me what Jacky alwis said.
He alwis says " must open the bonnet and look see look see wo..haha...

Well, after fews minutes of "look see" and without jumper. Our Jacky boss decided to removed his battery and putted in my car. Amazing man.. he removes his battery with his car engines starts. I see how he removed and replaced. really impressed me le..hahah..he is so "man" to me..
Frankly, i used to disappointing with those guys who knows nothing when car break down. Especially those guys who not even have a mechanic's contacts.. and don't know what to do..super useless..in addition, am super despised on guys who alwis act that they are good in everything but in fact there are just nothing..haha..

Implantation?

Implantation means remove the nerves inside the tooth. its necessary in order for u to do crowning.

in order to do implant u must have the old tooth. because the dentist will remove the nerves n make the tooth die. subsequently, they will reshape the old tooth (root) to become smaller n sharper in order to screw the tooth on the old tooth's root. n there are different type of tooth like poscelin etc.

Remove root is to make sure tat the old root inside is died n wont cause any problem in the future. because once the tooth is screwed on, there is no way to remove it. if insist to remove it, the mold will be broken.

in the case without old tooth root, its possible to do crowning as posted earlier which involve 2-3 teeth.

Finally i have better understanding on how to implant..seems so scary le..need to screw ..

Fitness week

Cool! cant imagine i can go gym by myself..alone. haha.. i had spent my whole afternoon there with the instructor. haha..she help me to do my BMI analysis. well not too bad..haha..am in fit category still. what my purpose to join?? to lose weight i told her. then she asked me what is my favorite food. Yes! Mcdonald..my fav. hhaha..i had it even when am sick..akkaka..
i think i really scared off the instructor when i told her i had my mcdonald atleast twice a week. she kept telling me that the burger is made by "bad" meat. and 1 burger = 1800 calories and it take 1 session of RPM class only can reduce 1800 calories..kakaka.. anyway, i still love my mcdonald.

after workout.. i got my abdominal pain..i think my abdominal is super stresss..cant even cough now..haihs..

Hey dear, i know you cares so much but i really have no idea why i always got insomnia. Not trying to deny the root of the problems. but da problems is i can't even find out the root..damn. I started to have dis insomnia problems in my college time. those days was too stress for studies i guess. but now.. i think is stress for life.

God bless..no H1N1. just dunno wat virus attacked dis time. doctor said those virus is so commons nowadays and he just prescribed me many anti-asthmatics medicines, so scary..every medi i got double bottle of it.haha..am i dat serious? asked me to quarantine my self 3 days summore. said not to spread virus wa.. well.. i 'd lose my energy to go out anyhow..been sleeping on bed for last 2 days. though am so restless but i just hardly get into bed..i think is my medicine.. Dr Ann.. ventamol issit will keep ppl awake r?

Almost forgot when is our last catch up. We're funny buddy eva. Used to be very close but never knows by people i guess. we've known each for almost 10 years plus i guess. Good to recalled all the good times we used to had last time.

We stay so near to each other. just walking distance. the funny thing is.. this gal used to be my alarm for my daily meal.

Yes! even breakfast. she always told me "早期的鸟儿有虫吃", she make sure me wake up at 7am every morning. damn..so early for me when i used to sleep late late night. but u can't avoid it. cos she will called u non stop ..not only your cellphone but house's phone as well.
Our breakfast are always super heavy. We walked to ss2 had dim sum, bak kut teh also the morning market for nasi lemak..she so called "nice nasi lemak" haha..

Lunch? i think 1 utama is our fav hang out place. we are almost there every weekend for shopping and movies..gossiping..(cos she is my satellite)hahah.. and then.. Our dinner, is much more scary.. SS2 SHL and mamak people knew us for sure. We're such big eater.. like to order alot and alot.. everytime with 2 tin of coke. as i still remember those day coke was selling RM1.70/tin. i missed the bread curry chicken so much..

We're just like 2 aliens met in the same planet. we do not have similiar interest but just dunno y we still maintain our friendship even we never see each other often after school but the connectivity is still as strong as b4! hm...i believe it's all about "mobile phone" haha.. without it ..i don't think we manage to maintain dis. We can chat non stop in cell phone, the longest chat i think was about 7-8 hours. hahah..unbelievable right? that was before am heading back to my mama's hometown. We used to writes to each other when she is far away in India though..
well, too much to recalls...really appreacite dis Dr Ann alot although she doesn't looks like a Dr. haha..

Enjoyment

Initial plan was only catching a simple movie the end my Saturday. Ann's called mi when am still home waiting my time for movie. Am so surprised to get her call honestly..hehe..well..she said she suddenly thought of me..we had a simple chat then she said call me back after her shower.

my sis in law suddenly knocked my door and says " hey, am heading quattro tonight, will you like to join?" wow..am so excited that she asked me to join.. i then told her i will join her after my movie. I asked Ann to join as well..but too bad she have duty and got to go back her "far far away" hospital er.. she said will see me on Mon.. wondering will she ffk tim..errrrrrrr... :P

movie is just so so.. not as nice as i expected anyway.. the proposal i watched last nite is much more better i could says. well, after movie wenping drop me to quattro and my nite begins..

it's so new to me. although this club is located just right opposite my office but i never been inside but just outside for a chilled out drink. though it is 1st time club with my sis in law and her frens but it is really fun... Marilyn is da most crazy gal of the night..she tok loud all the time when we 're on da way back to yumcha.. haha.. clubbing with these gal recalled my memories. it just a mirror that reflected all the memories i used have with all my buddies last time.

after an hour crapping session with them..we finally reached home at 5am. yes is Five in da morning.. i almost forgot when is da last time i've been staying out til so "early".haha..
